The Hub - Not the Bar - The Bike Shop

Some of you may be familiar with Back Alley Bikes. It's a great community group that seeks to educate people on how to maintain and repair their bicycles. If you have ever been there during one open shop days, you know what a madhouse it can be.

To alleviate some of the crush, they have opened "The Hub". Whereas Back Alley Bikes aimed to educate folks, The Hub is more of your traditional bike shop. You can drop your bike off for a tune-up, or drop in for an estimate for other repairs. They also have used bikes for sale. They range in price from $60 on up through the $600 range. Knowing the care these folks put into
their work, I have no qualms about buying one from them.
